My Career Insights explained

Your Home page has a section called ‘My Career Insights’ which uses your entered roles information to generate the figures for:

• Your average job tenure, in years
• Years of work experience total
• Worked at companies count
• Roles count
• Promotions count

The Promotions count figure is calculated from the total number of roles where you have chosen to use ‘Promotion’ as the role start reason. Your promotions number is not shared with anyone else.
