Source & Screen – how it works

The Platform will show the Talent Pipeline ordered by Match % – each unique % equates to a talent pool) based on candidates that fit at least career and functional job requirements. No personal details are shown to protect privacy and to minimise any bias factor.

The Talent Pipeline and Talent Pools have 3 dimensions to them; the requirements, salary and location.

To get more accurate results, make sure these key pieces of information are entered for a job vacancy:

• Job location
• Salary
• Is it onsite, hybrid, remote, on the road?
• job requirements

Scoring

Candidates with identical Match % are grouped into the same Talent Pool. It’s a simple Platform scoring mechanism:

+2 for each must have requirement

+ 1 for each desirable requirement

+3 when all must have requirements match

+1 when all desirable requirements match

You can preview changes to the talent pools by adjusting whether or not a requirement is a must have or desirable.
