Understanding Your Trust Rating
Your trust rating indicates how much you are trusted as a member of our inkscroll community. It’s used to help combat identity fraud (ie. bots), how much you are trusted to contribute to the community to help show employers that you’re a real person.
Everyone starts with a neutral rating. Your trust rating will increase with each attribute that has been verified positively. The higher your rating the better. The greater chance of an employer looking at your details over someone else who has a low career profile rating.
Positive = Gold stars. The more gold stars, the more trust you’ve earned.
Negative = Red starts. If you find that your profile has red stars, that indicates that the career profile is highly likely to be fake. Fake profiles are automatically excluded from talent pools for employers.
Attributes that can be rated include:
- Conversation exchanges
- Verified Email
- LinkedIn profile
- Real (you) profile pic
