Architect

Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of software projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality). Ensure successful execution using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. Drive release planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Client Engagement (Onsite Role) Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders. Build strong relationships with business and technical teams. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Conduct regular status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
• Team Management Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, architects). Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance. Manage resource allocation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Program & Stakeholder Management Coordinate across multiple projects/workstreams. Align delivery with business objectives and KPIs. Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and executives.
• Quality & Process Excellence Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA processes, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Implement metrics-driven delivery (velocity, defects, SLAs, KPIs). Technical & Delivery Skills Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ability to understand architecture and guide technical decisions. Leadership & Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Experience 17+ years in software development/delivery roles. 8+ years in leadership or program management roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects. Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
