You will be providing legal and corporate governance support including preparing board packs, coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, and reviewing commercial contacts. This is a perfect role for a paralegal already in-house looking for their next move! The successful candidate:
- Currently working in-house as a Paralegal
- Has experience working on co-sec and contract review matters
- Completed their Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
