What You'll Do

• Operate road sweeping machinery across construction sites to maintain clean and safe working environments
• Remove mud, dust and debris from site roads, access routes and surrounding areas
• Ensure site entrances and public-facing areas are kept clean and presentable
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements
• Support site teams with general housekeeping and site cleanliness
• Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures
• Work closely with site management to respond to operational requirements What We're Looking For Skills and Experience
• Previous experience operating a roadsweeper or similar plant machinery
• Experience working within a construction or similar environment (desirable)
• Understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks and maintenance Personal Attributes
• Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
