Assistant Building Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor / report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality & safety.
• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site. Requirements
• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects
