You'll be working 42 hours a week (Days, Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Acer Clinic. Cygnet Acer Clinic is a 28 bed service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs or acute mental health needs. Care is provided in a therapeutic environment, with a level of security matched to individual needs. The aim of the treatment, rehabilitation and re-socialisation programme is to prepare the people in our care either for transfer to conditions of lesser security, or for a life in the community. • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required
• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service
