No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. What You'll Be Doing As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known charities through face-to-face community outreach campaigns, helping to raise awareness and connect supporters with causes that matter. Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with members of the public through face-to-face campaigns.
• Sharing each charity's mission, values, and impact within the community.
• Building genuine relationships through engaging conversations.
• Answering questions and providing clear, accurate information.
• Guiding new supporters through the registration process.
• Working towards individual and team fundraising objectives.

• Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
