Working with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery, commercial and financial management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 🚀 Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation projects ✅ Drive Agile and Lean delivery practices across teams ✅ Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks ✅ Maintain delivery momentum and ensure successful outcomes ✅ Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels ✅ Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language ✅ Oversee commercial and financial management activities ✅ Apply a lifecycle perspective to project delivery and governance ✅ Continuously improve delivery processes and team effectiveness 🎯 Essential Skills & Experience ✔ Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in cloud-focused environments ✔ Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies ✔ Experience in commercial and financial management ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Ability to effectively work between technical and non-technical teams ✔ Strong planning, prioritization, and delivery management capabilities ✔ Experience maintaining delivery momentum across complex programmes ✔ Track record of implementing and improving delivery processes
