Steadman Brown are partnered with a major UK organisation that has made a significant investment in Salesforce as the backbone of its customer experience and wider digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Supporting and enhancing Service Cloud and other Salesforce products across the organisation. Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable. Benefits:
