• Join a business experiencing significant growth Responsibilities:
• Identify and win new business across pallet and warehouse solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, research and face-to-face visits
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
• Work with operational teams to create effective and commercially viable solutions
• Manage new business implementations from sale through to delivery
• Identify emerging markets, trends and competitor activity
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows where required
• Work closely with marketing to increase brand awareness
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Requirements:
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Genuine hunter mentality and a passion for new business
• Confident getting out on the road and creating opportunities
• Proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and generate your own leads
• Full driving licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics industry experience is desirable but not essential
