Billing Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Billing Administrator to join our Revenue Assurance & Billing team. This role is at the heart of ensuring our partners receive accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services. Please note, this is a fixed term contract role for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely monthly billing
• Working with data to check, validate, and resolve discrepancies
• Investigating and responding to billing queries
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and partners
• Producing reports and identifying trends or improvements
• Helping to improve processes and ways of working
• Taking ownership of tasks and managing your own workload effectively Your Experience
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel and learning new systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
