The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This contract position supports a growing team in scaling hiring efforts efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting structured feedback.
- Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.
- Partner with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria based on market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
