Product Manager

The challenge is to: -    Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for the yuu loyalty platform, aligning with DFI's goals. -    Lead the design, development, and launch of new features, such as loyalty program, gamified rewards, personalized offers, and omnichannel integration. -    Collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of loyalty initiatives. -    Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify opportunities for improving retention and basket size. -    Manage stakeholder relationships, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. -    Oversee performance metrics, including customer sentiment, engagement rates, and ROI, to drive continuous improvement. -    Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team. Do you have experience in product management -    5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably in loyalty programs or related. -    Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in a retail or consumer-focused environment. -    Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to derive actionable insights. -    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams. -    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. -    Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. -    Knowledge of loyalty platforms, customer engagement strategies, and emerging trends in retail technology.
