You don't need previous experience in customer service (but if you have is also good!), we'll teach you everything you need to know. What you will be doing:

• Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints by phone and email
• Work with various teams to ensure the smooth running of the daily ordering
• Identify and resolve problems to prevent any escalation
• Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant What we are looking for:
• Possess similar experience in a previous role
• Excellent IT skills (able to learn new systems quickly)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and work well independently
• Working shift patterns: 5pm to 2am (this is a night shift)
