GenAI Engineer – SAP AI We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and SAP S/4HANA integration to build production-ready AI solutions for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop LLM applications, AI agents, copilots, RAG and document intelligence solutions.
- Work with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with SAP S/4HANA using OData, REST APIs, workflows and event-driven architecture.
- Build secure, scalable and monitored AI solutions with enterprise security and governance. Required Skills:
- 5+ years software engineering experience with strong Python.
- Hands-on GenAI/LLM, RAG, AI Agents experience.
- Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock experience or Similar.
- SAP S/4HANA + SAP BTP / SAP AI Core / SAP Joule experience is highly preferred/important.
- Experience with APIs, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
