Senior Host / Receptionist - Canary Wharf, Big Easy Join one of London's most established hospitality brands. We are now looking for a Senior Host / Receptionist to lead the front door experience at our Canary Wharf site and support the team in delivering outstanding guest service from the moment guests arrive. • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a host or reception role, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
• Confident, friendly and highly organised
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Comfortable managing bookings and guest flow during busy service
• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable or similar preferred)
• A natural leader who can support and guide junior hosts We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a strong first impression and enjoys building guest relationships. What You Will Do
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and optimise table planning
• Coordinate guest flow to ensure smooth service
• Lead the reception team during busy shifts
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues confidently
• Work closely with management and the floor team
