Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Technical Capabilities

• Strong backend experience in C# and/OR Java (ideally both)
• Strong frontend experience with ReactJS
• Experience building and supporting APIs / microservices
• Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, Couchbase)
• Experience with messaging / event-driven systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, AmazonMQ)
• Familiarity with observability tooling (logs, metrics, alerting – e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g. Concourse, Git-based workflows)
• Experience debugging and supporting production systems Working Style
• Able to ramp up quickly and work with limited handholding
• Comfortable asking the right questions early to unblock progress
• Communicates clearly on progress, risks, and blockers
• Works effectively within an existing team and codebase (pragmatic, no overengineering)
