IT Solution Consultant

Role Description The IT Solution Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for designing IT solutions that align with Clients' operational and strategic goals, focus on CXM solution and customer management applications. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, conducting process assessments, preparing solution proposals, and collaborating with technical teams to implement and support solutions. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to understand Customer requirements in the area of CXM, voice commnications, business metric and workflow of contact centres.
• Experience in Consulting and Process Improvement, including gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and recommending practical, data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on technical knowledge in CXM/CRM/UC application, network knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues and support solution implementation.
• Experience in tender bidding process, competitive analysis, solution proposing and presenting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates with other IT solution consulting experience would also be considered.
• Language requirement: Cantonese is a must, English and Putonghua at daily communication level.
