AI Solutions Engineer

We are partnering with a leading Hong Kong-based investment and operating group on a high-impact AI Solutions Engineer opportunity reporting directly to the Group CEO. This is a unique role for someone who can combine hands-on AI engineering with strong stakeholder management to deliver practical AI solutions that drive executive decision-making. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Building AI-powered applications, tools and workflows that solve real business problems ✅ Designing and deploying agentic AI solutions, RAG frameworks, intelligent automation and data pipelines ✅ Developing production-grade AI products rather than prototypes that never go live ✅ Working with C-suite stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable technology solutions ✅ Creating executive dashboards, decision-support tools and AI-enabled productivity solutions ✅ Managing the journey from proof-of-concept through to production deployment ✅ Driving AI adoption across multiple business units and functions What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or Solution Engineering
• Strong experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases and AI application development
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building APIs, backend services and data pipelines
• Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Experience deploying and operating solutions in production environments
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and business leaders
• Track record of delivering tangible business outcomes rather than purely research-focused projects
