BIM Autocad Engineer - Building Services

Location: Cardiff Salary: £35,000 – £47,000 DOE The Role We're looking for a BIM / AutoCAD Engineer to join a growing building services / MEP team in Cardiff. You'll work alongside engineers and designers on live projects, producing 2D/3D drawings, BIM models and MEP layouts, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills across the full project lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing

• Producing and updating AutoCAD drawings
• Developing Revit / BIM models for building services
• Supporting mechanical and electrical design
• Assisting with MEP coordination and clash detection
• Working with engineers and designers on live construction projects
• Updating drawings, models and technical documentation What We're Looking For
• 0–3 years' experience in BIM, CAD or building services
• Good AutoCAD skills
• Revit / Revit MEP experience is highly desirable
• Engineering, construction or MEP background preferred
• Good understanding of technical drawings
• Keen to learn and progress within building services Why Join?
