Private Client Equity Partner / Solicitor – Birmingham – Salary up to £250,000 + Benefits A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to lead its established Birmingham team. This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers high-quality HNW work, a strong national platform and the chance to play a key role in shaping and growing a well-resourced private client practice. The Role

• Lead on complex private client matters including estates, trusts and succession planning
• Act for HNW individuals on tax, wealth structuring and lifetime planning
• Handle complex estate administration and trust matters
• Play a senior role in client relationship management and retention
• Drive business development and strengthen referrer networks in Birmingham
• Work closely with partners nationally on cross-office matters
• Support mentoring and development of junior team members
• Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the private client team The Candidate
• Senior Solicitor operating at Partner level or already an existing Partner
• Strong technical expertise across private client and tax matters
• Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
• Proven track record in developing client relationships and workstreams
• Commercial and strategic mindset
• Strong leadership and collaborative approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
