• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to the highest standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Anticipate guests' needs and resolve any queries promptly and courteously. Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidate must have own transport due to location of this role What's On Offer
