We are looking to appoint a dynamic Learning Support Assistant on a permanent basis that can support our specialist approach to learning. This vacancy is for a full time post, however part time can be considered. Your Main Responsibilities Within This Role Will Be

• Provide teaching support to allocated pupils by planning teaching with the class teacher to achieve progression of learning
• Assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials used therein
• Managing student behaviour to ensure a constructive working environment
• Support learners in class across the academy, in 1:1 sessions and in small groups to facilitate learning and engagement.
• Under the direction of the teacher devise planning to meet the needs of assigned individuals or groups. The Nova Education Trust is a cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust based in Nottinghamshire.
