Assistant Project Manager

Hiring Organization: Permasteelisa Gartner Retail Hong Kong Limited Work Location: Hong Kong Key Responsibilities

• To control and supervise overall site/office activities
• To liaise with client's representatives, suppliers and subcontractors
• Team Leadership, coordination and resources allocations
• To ensure the Company quality standard
• To check and source the required materials
• To monitor and report work progress, with frequent visit onsite
• To produce the final balance/account at the project completion
• To gather and analyze data relating to work progress
• To contribute to marketing activities
• To make and review schedules/timescales
• Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing
• Responsible for providing updates to all interested parties
• Maintain good relationship with clients, designers and suppliers
• Quality control on site and during production Key Requirements
• 2 + years experience as a PM with commercial interior fit out / construction projects
• Knowledge of furniture standards, specifications and quality control
• Knowledge of retail fitting out & construction techniques
• Knowledge of local regulations in term of permits applications and Gov submission
• Technical qualification or equivalent
• Fluent Chinese speaker with Intermediate English skills
• Computer Literate: AutoCAD , Microsoft Office and Project, MS Office
• Willing to travel and work overtime if needed
• Pleasant personality, focused and self-motivated, assertive attitude.
