Project Manager - IT Transformation

Role : Project Manager - IT Transformation Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Contract Period: 12 months Employment Type: Contingent – Business Professional

About the Role Lead high‑impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment. You will drive execution across complex, cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, governance
• Drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
• Lead RAID management (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions)
• Establish Agile or hybrid delivery cadence and release planning
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee testing, go‑live readiness, and post‑launch support
• Track performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation What We're Looking For
• 5–15 years' experience delivering large‑scale transformation in financial services
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑team programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and decision‑making skills
• Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus Additional Information
