Merchandise Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Merchandise Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a specialized sourcing and production partner for shirts and blouses, we work closely with international customers and production partners to develop and deliver high-quality products from concept to production. The Merchandise Manager plays a key role in coordinating the entire process — from initial product development and sourcing through production, quality and final delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate product development and production processes for shirts and blouses
• Act as a key contact between customers, suppliers and production partners
• Source fabrics, trims and suitable production solutions according to customer requirements
• Follow up on samples, pricing, costing and production timelines
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure quality, delivery and commercial targets
• Monitor orders from development through to final shipment
• Communicate closely with customers and provide professional product and production support
• Identify potential sourcing opportunities and develop reliable supplier relationships
• Resolve production and technical issues efficiently and proactively
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all parties involved Your Profile
• Several years of experience in merchandising, sourcing or production within the fashion industry
• Strong experience with shirts and/or blouses is highly valued
• Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction and production processes
• Strong sourcing and supplier management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of costing
• Ability to work independently, accurately and under time pressure
• Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach
