Senior Software Engineer | Java | React | AWS/Azure Hybrid | Permanent Im currently working with a leading UK technology and software consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Software Engineer to one of their Central Government delivery teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working with modern technologies, and having genuine ownership across the software development lifecycle. The Role: Youll join an Agile engineering team delivering bespoke software solutions for high-profile customers, working across areas including:

• Full-stack software development using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Designing, developing and testing high-quality software
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with tools such as GitLab
• Working with AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Contributing across the full software lifecycle from requirements and architecture through to deployment and ongoing support
• Working closely with customers and technical stakeholders
• Taking technical leadership responsibility where appropriate to your experience What They're Looking For They're particularly interested in speaking with Senior Engineers who have strong commercial experience with:
• Java
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• React
• AWS and/or Azure
• Agile software development
• Modern CI/CD and software engineering practices Security Clearance Due to the nature of the projects, youll need to be eligible to obtain UK security clearance.
