Chef Manager - Nuneaton

£29,500 per annum | 5 days over 7 Are you a passionate Chef who loves creating great food and leading a team? We're looking for a Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Nuneaton and take ownership of the catering operation. What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day catering operation, from the kitchen through to service.
• Creating fresh, high-quality food that keeps customers coming back.
• Leading, motivating and developing your team.
• Managing stock, ordering, food costs and waste to keep the operation running efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
• Building strong relationships with customers and the wider site team.
• Taking ownership of the catering operation and making it your own.
