Business Development Manager – Specialist Property Finance A fast-growing specialist finance provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of its lending portfolio. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining introducer relationships, and contributing to the growth of the lending book. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the business loan portfolio.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with brokers and introducers across the UK.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Originate and execute finance transactions, assessing security and recommending suitable lending terms.
• Deliver exceptional relationship management and customer service throughout the lending process.
• Stay informed of market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. About You
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the bridging finance or specialist property lending sector.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work consultatively with clients and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required. What's on Offer
