Head Coach Offensive Coordinator

About the Role: Rugby Wolves American Football Club is seeking a dynamic, culture-driven Head Coach to lead our program and direct the offense. This individual will establish team standards, lead gameday operations, and build an explosive offensive system. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and call plays for the offensive playbook.
• Lead team meetings, pre-game speeches, and foster a competitive team culture.
• Manage gameday administration, including timeout management and referee communication.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on player recruitment and retention. Requirements:
• BAFCA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
• Prior coaching or playing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. (Note: Defensive operations are fully managed by the Defensive Coordinator).
