The business works with founders from early stage through to IPO and acquisition, helping them scale high-performing commercial and technical teams. They operate across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and specialise in areas including Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Digital, Cyber Security, and Fintech. About the Role Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position. Responsibilities

• Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates
• Source and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategies
• Build expertise in the early-stage technology market
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Build long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals
• Use outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals
• Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters Qualifications
• Previous recruitment experience is not required. Required Skills
