Paralegal - Private Client

Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexible working applications considered) Hybrid working: 40-60% of your time in the office We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Private Client team. Working alongside trainees, associates and partners, you will support general Private Client work; Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax planning. Key Responsibilities

• Lasting Power of Attorney drafting
• Will and letter of wishes drafting
• Document management
• Preparation of attendance notes,documents and deeds
• Liaison with clients, externalorganisations and colleagues
• Research duties
• Work on Probateand Administration of Estates
• Preparation of bills
• General file administration and organisation
• Any other paralegal/legal assistant tasks as required by fee-earners About You We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
• Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience is desirable with an strong interest in Private Client
• Ability to produce writtencorrespondence such as drafting lettersand emails
• Ensures work is carriedout to a high standardand presents information in a clear, logical and structured manner
• Experience of and an understanding of the importance of preparing bundlesfor hearings
