Power Platform Developer

Power Platform Developer - £40,000–£45,000 Pearson Carter are currently working with an established professional services organisation. Following continued investment in Power Platform, automation and AI, they are looking to hire a Power Platform Developer to join their team in Norwich. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation and AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Work with teams across the business to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop Power Automate Desktop solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Integrate solutions with APIs and enterprise services.
• Utilise Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities to support business processes.
• Work with SQL Server and Power BI to deliver connected business solutions.
• Take ownership of solutions from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation and provide practical advice on automation and AI adoption. Experience:
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot or AI technologies.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. Salary:
