Desktop Support Engineer

The Role You'll take ownership of on-site IT support for a key Central London client, acting as a trusted technical escalation point and ensuring a fast, reliable and proactive service. This is a hands-on role where you'll:

• Resolve and escalate tickets with a focus on same-day outcomes
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and ensure seamless delivery
• Act as the go-to escalation support for Service Desk teams
• Maintain ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management)
• Manage patching, vulnerability and security processes
• Proactively identify and fix root causes to reduce ticket volume
• Work closely with a remote team while owning the on-site experience Tech Environment
• Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
• Active Directory, Windows Server, GPO
• Windows Desktop & Software Deployment
• Basic networking (LAN, firewalls, troubleshooting)
• ITSM platforms (ideally ConnectWise) What We're Looking For
• 4+ years experience with experience in professional services or MSP
• Proven experience in Desktop / IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
• Excellent communication – able to work with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
• Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working on-site while collaborating with remote teams What's on Offer
