Senior Credit Advisor

Credit Advisor (Part-Time Permanent | 1 Day Per Week)

Reed Banking are seeking an experienced credit advisor to join a weekly Credit Committee as a voting member for an international bank, providing independent oversight and challenge on lending proposals across commercial real estate, hotel finance, and corporate lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend the weekly Credit Committee as a voting member.
• Review and assess credit proposals.
• Challenge transaction structures, cash flows, collateral, and risk assumptions.
• Benchmark terms, covenants, and pricing.
• Recommend adjustments to strengthen risk management.

Experience Required

• Strong background in real estate, hotel, and corporate finance.
• Previous senior credit approval or Credit Committee experience.
• Deep understanding of UK lending structures, pricing, and risk frameworks.
