• Take full ownership of the HR Operations division, shaping its direction and performance.
• Hold P&L responsibility, running the division as a profitable business unit.
• Lead, develop and grow a team, or step into your first team leadership position.
• Drive strategic business development, winning and growing client accounts.
• Continue building your own billings while developing the wider desk.
