Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role

• Help build and evolve our on-prem Kubernetes platform, using RKE2 and Cilium, supporting the migration of workloads from bare metal, KVMs and Docker Compose.
• Shape our GitOps and CI/CD approach, using ArgoCD, Kustomize and GitHub Actions to enable reliable, automated deployments.
• Develop infrastructure automation and internal tooling using Ansible, Python and Bash, improving developer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and optimise our predominantly Linux and open-source infrastructure, ensuring platform reliability, scalability and security.
• Improve observability and troubleshooting through monitoring, alerting and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and TechOps to establish Kubernetes best practices, developer guardrails and self-service capabilities while balancing day-to-day operations with platform modernisation. Company Benefits
