Content Operations Specialist | Training & Enablement CONTRACTOR Weybridge Hybrid £178 Day Rate Our client is a leading international organisation to find a Content Operations Specialist to support the delivery and optimisation of their technical and customer service training content across Europe. This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of content, learning technology and operations, working with regional teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable learning experiences. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital training content across European markets Coordinating content creation, publishing, localisation, QA and version control Administering the central LMS, including catalogues, courses, curricula and user pathways Supporting digital credentialing through platforms such as Credly Testing and rolling out new learning/content tools such as Easygenerator Supporting the rollout of multi-market training and accreditation programmes Developing SOPs, workflows and platform administration guides Providing day-to-day support to regional users and administrators Monitoring completion, engagement and platform adoption data to identify improvements Skills Needed

• Experience with enterprise LMS (Learning Management Systems) platforms (e.g., Cornerstone or equivalent) and digital credential platforms (e.g., Credly).
• Familiarity with agile ticketing and workflow management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Experience in consumer electronics, engineering, or telecommunications environments.
• Working knowledge of modern authoring and learning enablement tools (e.g., Easygenerator, Articulate 360).
• Exposure to localisation workflows and managing multilingual content across European markets.
