Interior Designer

Location: Kowloon Bay Nature: Permanent Job Title: Interior Designer (Fitting-Out Projects, Commercial & Retail) Responsibilities

• Manage interior design projects from conceptual design, space planning, and layout presentation to construction documentation.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, material boards, specification sheets, and project schedule plans.
• Coordinate with external clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve site-related design issues.
• Assist in material sourcing, vendor liaison, and design documentation preparation throughout project phases. Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Proven hands-on experience in handling interior design and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or 3D Max.
• Solid knowledge of construction details, interior materials, and site coordination processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a responsible work attitude. Employment terms
• Salary up to HKD 60,000 per month x 13 months, plus performance bonus (negotiable based on experience).
• 14 days annual leave.
• 5.5 days work week.
