Client Account Manager

Love talking to people? Enjoy building relationships and earning commission?

This is more than just an account management role. You'll be responsible for building relationships, developing new business opportunities and helping clients find the perfect furniture hire solutions for events, offices and temporary workspaces.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Proactively generating new business through phone and email
• Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
• Qualifying leads and identifying client requirements
• Creating tailored quotations and proposals
• Upselling and cross-selling services where appropriate
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to sale
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Working closely with operations, transport, warehouse and marketing teams
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting sales activity

What We're Looking For

• A confident, outgoing communicator
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Able to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, revenue targets and daily call activity
• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Customer Service is desirable
