Physical Performance Coach

We're looking for a Physical Performance Coach to join us at Bristol City Women. This role is essential within the Performance Services team maximising players' physical capabilities, reducing injury risk, and enhancing on-pitch performance through effective planning, delivery, and monitoring of strength & conditioning programmes.

• Have experience in football or another high-performance sporting environment.
• Are an accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach who is eager to influence performance and drive success.
• Thrive in challenging environments and are passionate about helping women's football reach new heights.
• Have experience working in a multi disciplinary team. What you can expect to be involved in
• Planning, programming, and delivery of physical development warmups
