Engineering Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Tech Lead with strong expertise in Full-Stack Engineering, Agentic AI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud technologies. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can build production-grade services while architecting and delivering AI-powered agentic systems and LLM solutions. Key Responsibilities Software Engineering & Delivery

• Design, build, and ship production-quality services
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform observability
• Design and optimise prompts for LLM use cases including structured outputs, classification, summarisation, code generation, and reasoning
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and versioning strategies
• Partner with product and domain teams to translate business requirements into precise prompt specifications Agentic AI & LLM
• Architect and implement agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool-use pipelines
• Develop planning loops and memory-augmented reasoning solutions
• Implement LLM observability, including logging, tracing, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails
