JOB PURPOSE As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively. • Revenue awareness and commercial performance across Escapade
• Provide Senior Operational Leadership
• People Development: Foster a culture of accountability, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and lead training initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Review departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all department
• Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey
• Cross departmental communication
• Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, onboard new team members, and build a strong sense of camaraderie. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or leisure environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
