Ground Worker Labourer

• Assist with site preparation activities such as clearing, leveling, and excavating ground areas
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and waste appropriately
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Help with setting up barriers, signage, and safety measures around the site
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Qualifications
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• CSCS card holder would be advantageous but not essential. Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.00-4.30pm (45 minute un-paid break) LNKD1UKTJ
