Your new role Site Manager required to deliver planned refurbishment works within the social housing sector. As Site Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live, occupied residential scheme involving:

• Window and door replacement works
• External cladding and façade improvements
• Fire safety and compartmentation works
• Management of subcontractors and site activities
• Health & Safety compliance
• Quality assurance and inspections
• Programme management and delivery
• Resident liaison and customer care What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience delivering planned refurbishment projects within occupied social housing environments
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
