Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst | London | Hybrid I'm currently working with a high-growth technology company that is transforming the way goods move through the last-mile delivery network. They're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured and improved, working closely with Product, Operations, Engineering and Data Science teams. What you'll be doing:

• Own and evolve performance management analytics
• Design and analyse experiments to measure what actually works
• Analyse complex operational problems and identify key performance levers
• Build risk scores, segmentation and performance frameworks
• Partner with Product, Ops and Engineering to shape the analytics roadmap
• Turn data into decisions that have a direct impact on daily operations What they're looking for:
• Strong, advanced SQL skills
• Experience with experimentation / A/B testing
• Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial thinking
• Experience with product, operational or performance analytics
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing non-technical stakeholders
