Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager – M&A / Divestment Location: Remote – UK based preferred Contract: 12 months IR35: Outside IR35 We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a major global business through a complex divestment programme. You'll take ownership of the technology workstream, coordinating the migration and separation of approximately 10 business-critical applications, including CRM, ERP and other enterprise platforms. What you'll be doing

• Manage multiple application migration and separation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams, application owners, vendors and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Own project plans, dependencies, risks, timelines and delivery.
• Manage integration, data migration and cutover activities across enterprise applications.
• Ensure applications are successfully transitioned as part of the wider divestment programme. What we're looking for
• Strong background delivering complex technical/application migration programmes.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Comfortable managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience within large, complex global organisations.
• Strong stakeholder and third-party/vendor management skills.
• M&A, divestment, carve-out or business separation experience would be a significant advantage.
