Workshop Manager – Bespoke Joinery & CNC MIRT is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our bespoke joinery manufacturing facility. The role will oversee production planning, labour, material take-offs and ordering, quality, H&S, machinery and programme delivery, while remaining hands-on where required. Key requirements:
- Strong bespoke joinery and bench joinery skills
- CNC programming and machining experience
- Material take-offs, procurement and stock control
- Factory/workshop management experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Production planning and labour management
